    Shift: 2-2-3 Rotation, 6pm-6am
    Starting Hourly Wage: $32.62/hr

    This highly visible position is located at our Harrisonville, MO facility.

    General Summary:

    Operate machines and manufacturing equipment in a production environment. Maintain production equipment to meet targeted OEE rates, perform maintenance, and troubleshoot for effective operation. Equipment includes un-scrambler, filler, case former, case sealer, Hartness case packer, and palletizer/stretch wrapper.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Support and adhere to all plant safety policies and procedures
    • Promote a safety culture and awareness
    • Utilize equipment efficiently to meet quality requirements
    • Ensure all quality standards are met
    • Develop employees in equipment utilization and set-up
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives
    • Maintain clean and organized work area
    • Perform other assigned duties

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
    • Interact professionally with all levels of the organization
    • Provide effective coaching and training to team members

    Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or GED, Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • 2-4 years' experience in manufacturing
    • Strong mechanical and computer skills
