Job summary

This client facing role involves working closely with Sales Representatives Account Managers and internal Professional Services stakeholders. The primary purpose is to maximize bookings by helping to sell the value of and close implementation and value-add service opportunities. After closure we want to ensure clean transition to the delivery team to help clients derive maximum value from their services software investment.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Sales and Professional Services to align opportunities across the two teams
  • Assist Sales in selling the value of Professional Services in implementation opportunities by attending demo sessions and presenting our Implementation Methodology and gaining the client's trust
