    Job Responsibilities

    Manufacturing Technicians operate complex equipment and analytical tools in an ESD environment. Responsibilities include non-standard processing, problem-solving, and processing of state-of-the-art devices. Primary duties involve maximizing output using constraint management techniques, addressing process and equipment issues, and training cluster members.

    Job Requirements

    The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: Follow written operating instructions, comprehend operation specifications, show self-motivation, initiative, good problem-solving ability, manage own activities, support team activities, and possess basic math skills. Computer literacy and capability to handle multi-task operations are essential.

    Minimum Education: High School diploma or GED. The candidate should be willing to work in a physically demanding environment, comfortable wearing a cleanroom suit, and able to work night shifts if required.

    Important Notes

    Shift Hours: 7:30pm to 8am, Shift Days: Sunday to Tuesday, alternating Saturday nights/ Wednesday to Friday, alternating Saturday nights
