We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various teams and departments. Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering cross‑functional projects related to the design, manufacturing, testing, and delivery of marine fire extinguisher systems and lithium battery fire protection solutions. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with applicable marine, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end‑to‑end project execution from concept through production and delivery.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with marine classification societies, fire safety regulations, and industry standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external customers.
Track project progress, resolve issues, and report status to leadership.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A/B.S.) from a four-year college or university; or more than ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability:
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as trigonometry, exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity analysis.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, etc.,) in its most difficult phases. Additionally, an ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, MRP, ERP, CAD/Solid Works, MS Explorer, Search engines- Google, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Outlook, Human Resource systems and Microsoft Access.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid Driver's License
Drawings & Schematic Reading
Lean Manufacturing Techniques
Special Skills:
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in project management within manufacturing, marine, fire protection, or safety‑critical industries preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for marine systems and lithium battery safety preferred.
