    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review invoices and purchases orders for correct coding based on company police and procedures.
    • Responsible for entering vendor invoices.
    • Process vendor payments on weekly and bi-monthly basis.
    • Handle vendor inquires in a professional manner.
    • Provide resolution with vendors on invoice discrepancies.
    • Process vendor credits.
    • Complete AP/AR month end procedures including GL reconciliations.
    • Generate reports detailing accounts payable status.
    • Process and review weekly accounts payable aging for vendor payments.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 5 years of AR/AP experience.
    • 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing industry.
    • Associate's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
    • Strong background in SAP required.
    • Experience with Epicor Kinetic preferred.
    • Forecasting or analyst experience a plus
