What is offered:
Competitive pay rate of $15-$16 per hour
Consistent schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in/check-out approximately 30-35 patients per day with a friendly, professional demeanor
Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide excellent phone etiquette
Run patient payments (credit card) and handle financial transactions
Print schedules, pull patient charts, and maintain organized front desk operations
Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and the specialist
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous clerical or administrative experience in a medical office preferred

High School

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using computers and learning new software/systems quickly
