This Guest Services with Front Desk Focus hybrid position combines work in Guest Services with support of our front desk staff. Primary duties include answering phones, helping guests at the front desk, responding to email inquiries, assisting guests with gift shop purchases, transporting guests in 14 passenger vans, and supporting other departments in order to fulfill guest requests. Must be 21 or older with a clean driving record. The front desk component of the job would be limited to training in May
