    Job Summary:
    Interstate is expanding its team and seeking a versatile Operations Coordinator/Administrative Specialist to contribute to our daily business operations. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including administrative support, customer service, scheduling, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer satisfaction, and efficient workflow management.


    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    Coordinate and schedule the workload for field team, ensuring efficient deployment and timely completion of tasks.
    Assist in inventory management of equipment supplies, ensuring availability for field team.
    Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to company policies.
    Maintain records of customer interactions, service performed, and invoicing details.
    Liaise with clients to determine service requirements and schedule appointments.
    Provide administrative support by managing correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
    Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
    Support the sales team by providing customer feedback and assisting with customer acquisition initiatives.


    RequirementsRequirementsRequirements:
    2-4 years of experience in field team, customer service, operational scheduling, or related field.
    Strong organizational and time management skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    Operational knowledge of scheduling software.
    Experience with invoicing and basic accounting principles preferred.
    Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
