    Description

    Role Overview:
    Our company, Cepheid, is dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare through quick and precise diagnostic testing. Join us as a Manufacturing Production Supervisor at our Lodi, CA location for Weekend Day Shift.

    As part of the Production team, you will play a key role in managing resources, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met while fostering a growth-oriented environment.


    Your Responsibilities:
    - Recruit, train, and develop staff for growth opportunities
    - Monitor and improve manufacturing processes for continuous enhancements
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop action plans
    - Resolve personnel issues and maintain a safe work environment


    Requirements:
    - High school degree with 8+ years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5+ years OR Master's degree with 3+ years
    - Previous supervisory experience and proficiency in manufacturing systems


    Additional Preferred Qualifications:
    - Statistic, lean, and six sigma training
    - Experience with IQ, OQ, and PQ validations, Camstar, or SAP

    - cGMP/GLP experience or regulated industry background


    Benefits and Compensation:
    Cepheid offers competitive benefit programs, paid time off, and a salary range of $82,400-$113,300 annually, with bonus/incentive pay eligibility.
