    Position Highlights

    • Monitor financial reports of the nursing center and take corrective action when necessary.
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to department heads within the nursing center.
    • Represent and promote the nursing center in the community, fostering positive public relations.
    • Cultivate an engaged workforce that aligns with Genesis' core values and is dedicated to delivering the highest level of care and compassion to patients and residents.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory policies within the nursing center.

    Qualifications:

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Licensed as per state regulations
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities
    • Comprehensive knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, and governmental regulations affecting Nursing Centers
    • Availability for on-call duty
