    Source, recruit and hire healthcare clinicians by utilizing a variety of methods including, but not limited to, responding to inquiries generated from marketing campaigns and job advertisements, utilizing internal and procured databases, sourcing from job boards, attending medical tradeshows and career fairs, professional networking, cold calling, e-mailing and texting.

    Complete initial quality screening and guide clinicians through the application, credential review, risk review, and contracting processes.
    In collaboration with leadership, negotiate contract terms including compensation.
    Develop and execute sourcing strategies to create new pipelines and support new and existing business.
    Participate in a performance driven environment through the understanding of the company, team and individual goals and metrics.

    Work with onboarding and credentialing to ensure candidates comply with submitting all necessary credentials and documents prior to any clinical work performed.

    Limited travel for on-site interviews, new start-ups and conferences
    Experience in the full life cycle recruiting of clinicians.
    ~ Must be comfortable in a work-from-home environment.
    ~ Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, public relations or a business-related field
    ~5+ years' experience in a healthcare recruiting capacity
    ~ Microsoft 365 to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
    ~ Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and able to learn new software programs quickly.
