- Assemble, formulate, dispense, and package radioactive components Reactor Hot Products (RHP) according to cGMP guidelines to meet production requirements.
- Engage in the manufacturing process within a team setting and collaborate with various departments for smooth facility operations.
- Receive training on various manufacturing aspects including process, tasks, troubleshooting, safety protocols, documentation, cleaning, cGMPs, SOPs, company policies, gowning, and lean processes like 5S and Kaizen.
- Essential Functions
- Ensure a safe and quality working environment by adhering to safety guidelines and SOP's, and maintaining department, premises, and equipment.
- Conduct thorough checks to ensure effective production, room cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
- Maintain accurate records, operate equipment as per SOPs, and report any issues promptly.
- Handle raw materials, perform Batch Record calculations, label products correctly, and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Participate in team activities, safety programs, and contribute to process improvements and issue resolutions.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional coursework in Mechanics, Engineering Technical trade, or Chemistry is a plus.
- Prior experience in manufacturing within a regulated setting with attention to detail is required.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Quality System Standards.
- Comfort working with radioactive and/or non-radioactive materials, willing to work flexible shifts.
- Willingness to work in a plant producing radioactive materials and follow safety protocols.
- Physical requirements include lifting, bending, walking, and operating safety equipment.
- Use of appropriate lifting techniques, wear of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and adherence to safety training.
- Ability to work in varying conditions with exposure to hazards and operation of mechanical equipment.
