    Description


    A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse in Grand Rapids, MI The LPN would be working in a continuing care, rehabilitation center and has career growth potential.

    This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

    LPN Compensation

    The pay for this position is $35-$42 per hour
    Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
    A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

    LPN Highlights

    This position is a W2 contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

    Scrub Color:
    Navy Blue

    The required availability for this position is for 2nd shift

    Shift: 2nd

    Hours: 2:30P-11P

    Shift length: 8 Hours


    Weekend rotation:
    Every Other


    On call:
    N/A

    LPN Responsibilities

    Job Summary:

    Under the direction of the RN / Mid-level Provider / Physician and in collaboration with other members of the health care team, contributes to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

    Candidates must be willing to float between all continuing care spaces
    Candidates must be willing to work as a CNA as needed and determined by the unit

    LPN Requirements


    Required certifications:

    MI LPN
    AHA BLS required
    MI Fingerprints to be taken during onboarding
    Must have at least 1 year of LPN experience.
