    Responsibilities Noblis is seeking a technical thinker and doer to work as a Cyber Security Project Manager within a highly dynamic and impactful operating environment located in McLean, VA

    The Cyber Security Project Manager will:

    • Lead and oversee the deployment of technical solutions and processes, procedures and communications to effectively target, assess, exploit and report risks and vulnerabilities of systems.
    • Provide management of specific cyber tasks and ensure the technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner.
    • Maintain appropriate staffing levels with qualified personnel to meet all requirements.
    • Develop and implement project plans, project schedules and work plans.
    • Provide status of projects, requirements, plans, and schedule.
    • Have detailed knowledge of Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503 and other related cybersecurity ICDs.
    • Stay abreast of directives, regulations, guidance, notices and standards on cybersecurity
    Required Qualifications


    • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
    • Demonstrated experience with cyber security and associated cyber security practices.
    • Experience in the IT Security frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, DoD CMMC, etc.)
    • Demonstrated experience working with IC Agencies.
    • Knowledge of IC systems, processes, data, and policies.
    • Knowledge and application of agile techniques and methodologies.
    • Experience mentoring or training (through formal or informal means) members of the team.
    • Maintain one or more certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM or similar) .
    • Security testing and penetration testing experience.
    • Vulnerability management experience.
    • API development and security practices.
    • Experience developing enterprise security policies and procedures.
    • OSCAL experience
    • Experience with operating system or network security management.
    • Experience managing incident response and after-action remediation

    Skill Levels:

    • Senior Expert (SME): Bachelor's Degree in associated field and 14+ years of relevant experience; Master's Degree in associated field and 11+ years of relevant experience; PhD and 10+years of relevant experience.
    • Compensation $166,800 - $321,300

    Expert:

    Bachelor's Degree in associated field and has 10+ years of relevant experience; Master's Degree and 9+ years of relevant experience; PhD and 8+ years of relevant experience.


    • Compensation $138,000 - $291,900

    Senior:

    Bachelor's Degree in associated field and has 6+ years of relevant experience; Master's Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; PhD and 4+ years of relevant experience.


    • Compensation $114,100 - $199,700

    Junior:
    Bachelor's Degree in associated field and 1+ years of relevant experience.


    • Compensaton $77,800 - $164,900 Desired Qualifications

    Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws
    The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status
    Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours
    The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis' total compensation package for employees
