The Patient Access ED Reg Team Lead serves as the primary resource to team members for training and education. Educational services include the development, coordination, and/or instruction of educational programs designed to meet the needs of the staff.,The ED Reg Team Lead is responsible for conducting Epic ED Reg end user classroom and elbow-to-elbow training,
