    , Compliance – Aggregate Spend and HCP Interactions
    The Sr. Manager will manage the Aggregate Spend function to meet Sun's Federal and State transparency reporting obligations.

    The individual will report to the Director, Compliance and will drive the processes surrounding data collection, data review, data remediation and report generation to ensure that reports are accurate, complete and submitted on a timely basis.

    They will partner with internal stakeholders and third parties to develop and implement tools, processes and reports that oversee, monitor and report on interactions with HCPs.

    Responsibilities
    Manage the company's aggregate spend system of all healthcare professional expenditure and payment data gathered from internal and external sources
    Partner with Sun business units and external third parties to ensure that applicable data is captured and reviewed for federal and state government transparency reporting
    Support and prepare the required federal and state transparency reports, including data review, verifications corrections, and ensure their timely submissions
    Develop procedures, procedures and systems to effectively and efficiently enable the collection, review, validation and reconciliation of aggregate spend data
    Proactively identify data integrity issues, determine root causes and implement corrective actions
    Develop and implement the HCP/HCO needs assessment process, ensuring rationales for payments and engagements are well-documented and submitted for review to Compliance, approved where appropriate and reconciled for aggregate spend reporting
    Create HCP interaction dashboards and reporting tools to monitor compliance with company policies
    Develop value-added reports for relevant stakeholders, executive management and the Compliance Committee
    Conduct training with internal stakeholders and external third parties
    Assist in executing Compliance monitoring activities
    Conduct investigations of potential compliance issues
    Other compliance projects, activities and initiatives as needed
    Qualifications
    BS/BA degree required; Advanced degree or Juris Doctorate degree is a plus.
    5+ years of compliance, audit, operations or related professional experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
    Knowledge of the laws, regulations, guidelines and codes impacting the industry, particularly Federal and State transparency reporting laws
    Experience with business expenditure applications, travel and expense reporting tools and other financial applications is required. Experience with hosted aggregate spend applications, customer master data sets and business intelligence tools is a plus.
    Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects concurrently
    Advanced experience with Excel
    Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills with the ability to support customers at all levels
