    We are looking for an Assistant Executive Housekeeper:

    • Supervises and coordinates activities of room attendants, house attendants, public area cleaners, and floor supervisors.
    • Assists in managing and directing day-to-day operations of Housekeeping and laundry functions.
    • Participates in enforcing quality assurance and department cost control measures.

    Responsibilities & Authority:

    • Must have an eye for detail and effective communication with guests, other departments, and housekeeping staff.
    • Assigns duties to team members and ensures work meets cleanliness standards.
    • Coordinates with Front Office and other hotel departments.
    • Provides support in staff training, coaching, and enforcing standard operating procedures.
    • Ensures guest room security and proper key control procedures.
    • Advises management of room status and rewards employees for exceeding guest expectations.
    • Handles housekeeping reports, maintains high standards in guest rooms, linens, laundry, and public areas.
    • Addresses guest complaints, takes service recovery actions, and reviews feedback forms.

    Experience Required:

    • Minimum 2 years supervisory housekeeping experience and 2 years line-level experience in all Housekeeping aspects.
