    Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines
    • Collaborate with project team members to gather information and data necessary for schedule creation and updates
    • Analyze project plans, specifications, and documents to identify critical path activities and potential scheduling conflicts
    • Conduct baseline schedule review, monthly updates, and time impact analyses
    • Communicate schedule updates and changes effectively to project team members and stakeholders
    • Conduct regular progress meetings to assess project status and address any scheduling concerns
    • Monitor project milestones and deadlines to ensure project progression and completion in a timely manner

    Requirements

    • A degree in architecture, engineering, or construction is preferred
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction scheduling or related field
    • Expert-level plan-reading skills required
    • Experience with time impact analysis is required.
    • Claims experience preferred.
    • Expert user of project scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify critical path activities and potential scheduling conflicts
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project team members and stakeholders
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and terminology, preferably in the field/on-site experience
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs
