    Job Opportunity: Full-Time Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher (Near Ravenswood, WV) 2024/2025 school year position.

    Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher for a full-time itinerant position near Ravenswood, WV. This rewarding role involves providing specialized instruction and support to students with hearing impairments across grades K-12, with a focus on 3rd and 4th grades.

    Position: Full-Time Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher
    Location: Near Ravenswood, WV
    Type: School-Based Contract

    Job Description:

    • Provide direct instruction and support to students with hearing impairments in various educational settings
    • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address students' unique learning needs
    • Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students' academic success and social-emotional well-being
    • Utilize assistive technology and other resources to facilitate munication and learning for students

    State Requirements (West Virginia):

    • Valid West Virginia teaching license with Deaf and Hard of Hearing endorsement
