    Part-time/On-call positions are available to assist adults in their home environment, enhancing their quality of life and community engagement. These roles focus on providing personalized care to individuals living with family members, caregivers, or independently, promoting independence and participation in community life.

    This opportunity does not involve group homes.

    Starting pay rate is $15 per hour, with the flexibility of On-Demand Daily or Weekly Pay. Various worksite locations are accessible all over Arizona for Part-Time ONLY, including Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Flagstaff, Bullhead, Tucson, and Kingman.

    Mobile Caregiver - In Home Support
    Would you like to make a positive impact on the lives of others? Join our mission to provide support in home-based community settings within The IHSS program. Collaborate closely with our HCBS family to ensure the well-being of the individuals we serve in their family's homes. DSPs offer assistance and strategies to promote independent living for those we support.

    • Transportation and support in the community for outings, medical appointments, and shopping
    • Aid in daily living skills such as meal preparation and medication administration
    • Guidance on developmental goals including community involvement, budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and vocational responsibilities
    • Support with personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and toileting
    • Assist in redirecting agitated or aggressive behaviors

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
    • Professional attitude and appearance
    • Preferred six months experience in human services
    • Valid driver's license with insurance
    • Clear background checks
    • Reliable and compassionate with a commitment to quality
