CARTER is seeking a visionary leader to join our esteemed organization, bringing with them unparalleled zeal and determination. With a rich legacy of 120 years in the industry, we stand at the forefront of innovation and excellence.

In this role, you will immerse yourself in our proven processes to serve our existing base of 2,000 business clients and foster new relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a dynamic team in executing these responsibilities efficiently.

As you master the necessary skills through our comprehensive training programs and operational procedures, you will transcend into the esteemed position of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, embodying growth and potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional service to our current client portfolio
Exploring and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the B2B realm
Overseeing and driving team performance and outcomes
Mentoring and nurturing incoming team members on established protocols
Ensuring comprehensive and timely field activity reporting using Salesforce-based CRM
Emphasizing daily endeavors in recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement
