    We're growing our AMS Americas Recruiter Talent Pool and are looking for experienced Recruiters and Senior Recruiters interested in upcoming contract opportunities across the region.     The Role
    You will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates, ensuring all quality thresholds and SLA/KPIs are met. You will deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience, working in conjunction with colleagues in teams such as Sourcing and Administration.
    Key Accountabilities
    What you'll be doing:
    • Build strong relationships with senior hiring managers, providing expert guidance and delivering endtoend recruitment support
    • Lead vacancy consultations, define hiring requirements, and shape sourcing and attraction strategies in partnership with the Sourcing team
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring highquality shortlists, smooth processes, and an excellent candidate experience
    • Advise hiring managers on selection decisions, lead offer negotiations, and support workforce planning discussions
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and coach junior team members on best practices
    • Maintain accurate data across systems, ensure compliance with relevant legislation, and identify risks or scopecreep issues
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, talent pipelining, and crossfunctional projects that enhance overall service delivery
    Skills & Experience
    What We're Looking For:
    Must haves
    • Pharmaceutical, Engineering, or Investment Banking recruitment experience
    • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
    • A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for talent development
    • Flexibility to work across regions and collaborate in a global team
    • Experience of using recruitment technology
    • Strong operational ability, able to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced & process-driven environment
    • Competent user of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
    • Expert administration, organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Nice to have
    • Experience in coaching individuals at different stages of their career journey
    • Demonstrate interest in learning about the broader market and industry to be able to build a network and provide great market insights to the client and different workstreams

    What we offer:
    We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration for Recruiters is between $33.36/hour and $45.066/hour, and for Senior Recruiters between $42.60/hour and $57.17/hour, p lus applicable benefits.
