    Responsibilities of Certified Nursing Assistants:

    • Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to patients in different healthcare facilities
    • Collaborate with a healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care
    • Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and nutrition
    • Support patients with mobility and exercises
    • Monitor vital signs and document observations
    • Report any issues to supervisors promptly

    Requirements for Certified Nursing Assistants:

    • High school diploma (or equivalent) and Nursing Assistant Certification in Minnesota
    • Minimum age of 18
    • Understanding of healthcare laws and regulations
    • Compassionate, excellent communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
