    Description

    We are seeking a Chief Financial Strategist to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior financial executive to lead our client's finance department in Central Ohio.

    About the Role

    This senior-level position will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis of medical practice and related entities. The ideal candidate will have experience with private practice physician compensation models and commercial real estate holdings.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversight of finance department initiatives to gain operational efficiencies and enhanced data reporting and transparency
    • Leadership of the accounting team, including Controller, Accounting Director, and Accounting Specialist
    • Coordination with an outside accounting firm for tax filings and compliance
    • Collaboration with human resources on practice policies and employee benefit offerings
    • Maintenance of relationships with practice advisors, bankers, legal counsel, and other key stakeholders

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a strong, collaborative leader with 10+ years of progressive financial management experience
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a senior or executive leadership role in a healthcare setting
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Accounting, CPA designation preferred
    • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

    Compensation

    The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
