    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greeting customers and conducting initial consultations to determine their trailer needs and concerns.
    • Collaborating with mechanics to estimate costs, schedule appointments, and inspect trailers for any issues or damage.
    • Using your knowledge of our products and services to educate customers on available parts and options, as well as offering in-depth information about our trailer offerings.
    • Answering customer inquiries regarding service outcomes, scheduling, and booking appointments for trailer drop-off and pick-up.
    • Managing the dealership's workflow and schedule to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.
    • Maintaining positive relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups to ensure repeat business.
    • Processing customer payments and handling all details related to services rendered.
    • Liaising with service technicians to ensure timely ordering and availability of parts.

    Requirements:

    • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Prior experience in the trailer industry may be beneficial, but not essential.
    • A strong understanding of trailer technology and the industry is necessary.
    • Proficiency in computer skills and ability to work effectively with various software systems.
    • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
    • Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are also essential.

    Compensation:

    The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure takes into account the cost of living in Des Moines, Iowa, and the requirements of the role.
