Requirements

• Meet the specified medical and ethical standards for appointment as a commissioned Officer
• Be a citizen of the United States
• Have graduated from an accredited qualifying degree program
• Be at least 21 years old
• Some Advanced Practice Medical Professionals can join until the age of 58
• Be capable of obtaining a secret security clearance

Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications, and the actual assignment may vary based on availability of positions. Most non-prior service candidates can expect to earn between $196.26 and $254.91 per drill weekend. Programs and benefits are subject to changes.
