If so, COME JOIN OUR TEAM 4 WEEKS Paid-Time Off, Birthday Holiday, Paid Training, PLUS MORE Salary up to $91,,500 based on licensure and level of experience Responsible for the supervision coordination planning and operation of the agency s Veteran Housing programs Provides clinical administrative oversight to the programs Directly supervises the Program Coordinators and various program personnel Leads the administrative operations of the programs Manages successful implementation operation program services including advocacy housing case management clinical programming access entitlements benefits employment other benefits required homeless veterans recovery Oversees referral case assignments service delivery discharge veterans Ensures adherence human resource policies completion performance appraisals planning assisting employee performance improvement completing terminations when necessary Interviews recommends new hires promotions provides employee training orientation promotes employee development Provides support supervision direction veteran services employees Ensures compliance Agency fiscal procedures accountability expenditures operation established budget Monitors assures compliance Agency Performance Management Plan Attends participates Agency committees work groups assigned Ensures compliance quality assurance corporate standards stakeholder regulatory accreditation Community Hope policies Participates Corporate Compliance Committee Conducts random inspections facilities documentation Ensures safe productive service environment veterans work environment employees Manages workflow workload assignments supports supervises coaches assigned program employees Responsible timely accurate billing monthly Develops maintains relationships affiliation agreements agencies providers funders donors volunteers Attends participates County NJ State Federal planning committees work groups Assists Senior Leadership developing new programs services Proposes writes policies procedures improve service delivery program operations Participates strategic planning process achievement goals.
