    VCA Broad Street Animal Hospital is seeking an energetic and positive-minded Veterinary Assistant to join our growing team.


    We are a busy 2-doctor practice located in Fuquay-Varina, dedicated to high quality medicine with a focus on client education.

    About the Role

    As Veterinary Assistant, we want you to utilize your knowledge and skills and continue to grow.

    Technical skills required for this position include:
    Patient assessment

    Client education and care

    Venipuncture

    Catheter placement

    Radiology

    Anesthesia monitoring

    Surgical preparation and assisting

    Dentistry

    Laboratory work

    Pharmacy knowledge

    Patient recovery

    Compassionate patient care

    Team work
