The Sales Enablement Data Analyst role will be responsible for providing analytical and operational support to the business development and marketing teams, bridging the gap between two business units to ensure the proper maintenance, monitoring and maximizing of all the achievement of the firm's growth goals.

Location :
This position may be remote or located in Birmingham, AL office. If in Birmingham, we offer a hybrid schedule 3-days in-office, 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities :
Establish a digital sales enablement tool and process that is data driven and measureable- alongside marketing and business development (ex: Seismic Digital Sales Library)
Establish and implement pipeline management systems and scoring for better "serving" of leads (advisor and retail)
Build automations into Hubspot for each stage of the sales pipeline.
Develop and manage dashboards to facilitate easy reporting on program campaign effectiveness
Maintain data quality and cleanliness
Identify and analyze trends, making recommendations to the business development, marketing and coaching teams to identify which programs are proving success and which need to be pivoted
Collaborate with the business development and coaching teams to identify and resolve issues and bottlenecks in the sales process and provide support to ensure sales opportunities are being maximized.
Work with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, Technology and Operations, to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives.Support ad hoc sales-related projects and initiatives as required.

Education :
Bachelor's degree
Experience :
3-5 years of experience working with data
Financial services experience is preferred.
Skills :
Experience working in Hubspot, Pardot and Salesforce
Excel and PowerPoint power user, must know Pivot Tables
Proven ability to build positive relationships with cross functional partners.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage short and long-term results simultaneously.
Track record of using and/or building tools to drive simplicity- transparency that result in an increased team effectiveness.
Must be technologically proficient and have a willingness and desire to learn new technologies.
Additional Requirements :
Some travel may be required in this role.
Salary Description
$72,000 - $78,000 per year
