    About the Role

    As a Territory Manager, you will drive the acquisition of new schools and programs within your designated territory through high-touch, transactional sales. This involves quick demos, close interactions with coaches, athletic programs, and school departments, as well as extensive email correspondence, daily in-person meetings, and attendance at key conventions and events.

    Key Qualifications

    • Experience in high-volume, transactional sales or ed-tech environments preferred.
    • Strong networking skills and ability to engage with coaches and athletic departments.
    • Must be based in the territory with flexibility for evening and weekend meetings.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Competitive salary: $52,500 - $57,500, varying slightly by territory.
    • First-year earnings potential: $80,000 - $90,000; second-year: $100,000+.
    • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
    • Fully remote position with ongoing sales playbooks and top-producer mentorship.
