Douglas Care Center is seeking enthusiastic LPNs to join our day shift team, providing exceptional care and support to our residents.     Required Skills:

    • Valid LPN license in Wyoming
    • Strong patient care skills with compassionate bedside manner
    • Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with healthcare teams
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills

    Nice to Have Skills:

    • Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
    • Basic CPR and First Aid certification
    • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    • Graduation from an accredited LPN program
    • Prior experience in a similar setting is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

    Other Requirements:

    • Availability to work 8-hour day shifts, with flexibility for 13-week assignments
    • Ability to start as soon as possible and adapt to a fast-paced environment
