    Job Title:

    GTM Coordinator Role, Key AccountAltra Running, a VF CompanyAltra Running is one of the fastest growing running brands in the world.

    What You Will DoOur GTM go to market team is critical to our sell-in and sell-through at retail. We create compelling selling materials, retail tools, sales meeting presentations, and channel and account specific plans. You will be supporting the Go To Market Sr.

    Coordinator, and youll be a critical partner to the sales and field marketing teams as they sell in each season, and drive sell through in the marketplace, with a focus on Key Accounts.

    The ideal candidateThe ideal candidate builds cross-functional relationships, has project management skills to juggle multiple priorities, timelines, deliverables, and unexpected requests.

    The candidate is able to translate both brand guidelines and retailer needs to create the right creative message and retail tool to grow our brand in the retail environment.

    The candidate must have strategic understanding and be able to execute the tactics that support that vision.

    ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the Director of GTM and Key Account Sales team, support the execution of COOP marketing plans supporting Key Accounts.

    Support the Sr. Coordinator by interfacing smaller retail accounts and the sales team to deliver on marketing requests.

    Support the development and lead execution of the retail tool kit of assets supporting all retailers in US and Canada markets.

    Supportideation, coordinationand execution of product launch events and key marketing moments .Concept and deliver retailer sales incentive programs and monitor sell-through metrics.

    Manage training tool development including Myagi training video development and deployment , creating specific channels and content to support channel and Key Account needs.

    Liaison between field marketing team and Creative manage, prioritize, and execute incoming requests.

    Manage all billing and PO activities for retail marketing team, including Annual COOP plans for Key AccountsTravel to Key Account meetings, staff training and events, as required.


    QualificationsYears of Related Professional Experience:
    2-4 Years of relevant experience in the running or outdoor industry preferred.

    2+ Years of experience in a sales or marketing related roleEducational Position Requirements:

    A formal education and subsequent undergraduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

    BA or BS degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferredHiring Range :
    $56,160.00 USD - $70,200.00 USD annually
