Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner, Learning & Development

IMCD US is excited to announce a job opening for a Human Resource Business Partner, specialized in Learning & Organizational Development (HRBP). This position involves providing HR Generalist support with a strong emphasis on learning and development for a company on the rise.

This role is specifically located at our Corporate Headquarters in Westlake, Ohio.

Reporting directly to the Vice President Human Resources for IMCD US, this opportunity offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Offering HR support with a focus on employee relations, HR policies, and learning and development
Demonstrating strong customer and business partner orientation
Playing a key role in promoting behavioral change within the organization

Supporting business leaders and teams across various units
Acquiring a deep understanding of people strategies to enhance talent development and retention
Providing guidance on HR best practices and compliance
Assisting in maintaining legal compliance and proposing policy enhancements
Delivering HR coaching and guidance to business partners
Evaluating job design, headcount forecasting, and people data analysis
Handling compensation, benefits administration, and workforce development
Identifying root causes and proposing interventions for complex issues
Using data analysis to guide decision-making
Developing communication materials and handling special projects

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
5-7 years of HR experience, including exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and talent development
Proficiency in HR systems and current trends
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to provide strategic HR counsel aligned with organizational goals

Desired Qualifications:

Master's Degree in HR or related field
Experience with bilingual Spanish communication
Certifications like SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR are a plus

Work Environment:

This role offers a hybrid work setup combining in-office and remote work environments, operating standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with potential additional hours as needed.

Travel:

Up to 25% travel may be required.
