- Create captivating storytelling resources including pitch decks, one-pagers, solution sheets, product videos, and narratives to equip our sales and customer teams.
- Act as the voice of the customer and the market, synthesizing insights from users, competitors, and the broader industry to drive differentiation and influence our roadmap.
- Work closely with our product managers and technical leads to translate exceptional AI and design features into meaningful customer value.
- Collaborate with our CEO, CTO, and Head of Product on launch narratives, positioning strategies, and significant announcements.
- Oversee case studies, testimonials, and other customer-centric content that showcases our impact and builds trust with stakeholders.
- Align marketing campaigns with product launches and strategic initiatives through effective collaboration with various teams.
- Implement scalable processes for launch planning, messaging updates, original research, and field enablement.
- Utilize AI to enhance your work efficiency, from analysis and synthesis to content generation and scaling.
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B product marketing, product management, or strategy roles, preferably in SaaS, AI, LegalTech, or enterprise software.
- A proactive ownership mentality, comfortable with building something from the ground up.
- Exceptional communication skills for crafting compelling messaging and influencing stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work with highly technical products and distill complex concepts into clear customer value.
- Strong analytical and strategic background with a bias toward execution and results.
- A passion for design thinking, user experience, and storytelling as tools for creating category leaders.
- Willingness to toggle between strategy and execution, developing the playbook while actively implementing it.
- Desire to utilize AI tools to boost productivity and enable a high-performing team.
- Experience with Fortune 500 enterprises and/or regulated markets; bonus points for expertise with legal clients.
- History of building early-stage product marketing functions or executing first-of-their-kind launches.
