Job Description:
Isaiah House is seeking an experienced Director of Development to lead our fundraising efforts and drive revenue growth.

As the Director of Development, you will manage donor relationships and develop strategies to support our mission and financial sustainability.

You will work hand-in-hand with the Executive Director, working through both the strategy and execution of a fundraising strategy.

Responsibilities:

Fundraising Strategy:
Develop and execute strategies for individual, institutional, and corporate donors to achieve revenue goals.

Prospect Management:
Maintain a growing list of prospects in each funding category.

Public Awareness:
Increase awareness of Isaiah House through external communications.

Board Engagement:
Collaborate with the Board of Directors to inspire their commitment to our mission.

Community Engagement:
Represent Isaiah House at community meetings and events.

Media Relations:
Serve as the point person for media interactions.

Website Management:
Oversee the Isaiah House website.

Donor Engagement:
Create strategies to engage and cultivate donors.

Stewardship:
Manage donor acknowledgment and stewardship.

Solicitations:
Execute solicitations.

Signature Events:
Manage Isaiah House's signature events.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
6 years of development experience, including team management.
Ability to build and maintain partnerships for fundraising success.
Strong leadership and vision.
Excellent written and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Experience in Salesforce or donor databases preferred.
Exceptional relationship-building skills.
Superb organizational skills with attention to detail.
Self-motivated and accountable.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type:

Salary:
Rage starting at $90,000 commensurate with experience.
