    Job Summary

    The Principal Engineer is a critical member of our team, responsible for developing detailed engineering specifications, device design and development, verification, validation, and regulatory submissions.

    This key role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovation and ensure the highest quality of devices.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop engineering specifications and designs.
    • Lead the development of device prototypes and support testing, verification, and validation activities.
    • Oversee regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development.

    Requirements

    • Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in medical device engineering, with a focus on design and development.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading engineering projects from concept to launch.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
