    The Socher Team/Speedy Offers is a leading player in the real estate industry, known for our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is a base plus commission role that offers an exciting opportunity to shape and grow our sales and operations team while enjoying uncapped earning potential.

    Job Description:

    As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Socher Team/Speedy Offers, you will play a crucial role in expanding our sales team by identifying and recruiting top-tier real estate and administrative and operational professionals. This offers you the chance to earn substantial income while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract experienced and motivated real estate agents.
    • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and compatibility with our team culture.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates to meet our ongoing staffing needs.
    • Collaborate with sales managers to understand team requirements and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
    • Provide guidance and support to new recruits during the onboarding process.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Meet and exceed recruitment targets to maximize commission earnings.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in recruitment or a related recruiting to commission only sales roles.
    • In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and the qualities that make a successful agent.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for sales and team building.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Real estate sales is a commission only sales industry having knowledge and experience recruiting and hiring to a commission only sales role is the key to success in this role.
