****HOURLY RATE STARTING AT $20.50+ WITH $1,500 SIGN ON BONUS****
******SHIFT: MON - FRI 9:00AM-5:30PM******
**MISSION**
In this role, you will lead, develop, and grow a high performing fulfillment operation into a force to be reckoned with. You will be tasked with auditing our current needs and identifying fresh innovative ways to prepare us for hyper-growth. This is an incredibly hands-on role where you will wear many hats to keep the swag supply chain running smoothly
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Be a leader of people and drive a culture of acceptance and diversity within
Ensure our quality remains at a high standard and be part of the inventory control process
Utilize WMS system to scan in and out product and provide feedback on system needs
Maintain 5s standards throughout the warehouse
Utilize safe lifting techniques and be able to provide safety feedback to those around
Receive product and stow away properly
Prepare orders for our customers
Place boxes onto a pallet and then load onto a truck
Operate a forklift safely
**REQUIREMENTS**
High School diploma/ G.E.D
1 year at swag up/ 1 year experience leading a team (Supervisor/Manager)
Ability to work in an area where machinery is present
Ability regularly bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head
Ability to lift items up to 50lbs on a frequent basis
Strong organizational, analytical, self-management, and goal setting skills
Ability to follow directions and tasks in a professional and timely manner
Must be willing to work overtime as needed
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
