    Senior Program Manager - 2-Year Contract - Hybrid, Portland Oregon - W2 ONLY, NO C2C

    Join our world leading footwear client as a Lead Program Manager, where you'll define tools and processes to support organizational excellence in program/project management. Develop vision, strategy, and deliverables for large international programs, ensuring alignment with business strategies and budgets.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop vision, strategy, and deliverables for large international programs.
    • Own the business case and coordinate cross-functionally and regionally.
    • Manage program objectives within financial and resource constraints.
    • Ensure proper staffing and manage project dependencies.
    • Chair program steering committee meetings.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree with 8 or 9 years of relevant experience.
    • Experience with Confluence and Jira preferred; familiarity with Miro Collaboration Tool or similar is a plus.
    • Experience working with AI and machine learning engineers is advantageous.
    • Ability to discuss successful projects from start to finish on resume or summary encouraged.
