- Ensure all medication documentation is current and correct, including but not limited to, medication administration forms, physician orders, change of dosages, written orders to confirm telephone orders, etc.
- Pour, pass, and assist with administration of medications in accordance with state regulations.
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers as needed.
- Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies.
- Ensure medication room is completely stocked with all required continuous, PRN, Over-The-Counter (OTC), and other medications as ordered by physicians.
- Serves as Lead on each shift
- Provides direction and supervision to caregivers
- Ensures bathing and tasks schedules are completed by caregiving team each shift
- Meals: Assists with Meal Service
- Assists with meal service for all meals
- Delivers meals to apartments as needed
- Community Care:
- Daily Upkeep and Tidying of the Community
- Activities: Routinely assists with activity programming
- Escorts residents to activities
- Leads or participates in activities as assigned
- Training:
- Attends mandatory monthly All Staff meetings
- Attends/Completes training as assigned by supervisor
- Follow tasks sheets as assigned
- All other duties as assigned

Position Summary: To provide respectful, friendly and quality care to our residents in their activities of daily living (ADL's), while encouraging our residents to live an independent lifestyle.
