    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provides customer technical support through assessment, management, and offering resolutions Regularly be on-site at customer premises Handles multi-variable environments and any potential issues or difficulties and Identify potential opportunities for additional business.
    • Supports the customer Aruba Wireless environment actively develop mobility solutions Ability to design / implement / troubleshoot Aruba policy via ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM) Ability to troubleshoot user and computer-based certificate authentication.
    • Ability to design Aruba traffic flow Play an active role in building test beds, conducting verification, and validation testing.
    • Remains committed to expanding customer HPE-Aruba technical expertise through attendance of coaching sessions, design reviews, and workshops.
    • Designs, deploys and troubleshoots IP and wireless networks such as IP network security, certification, authentication, enterprise IP networking, IP network management, remote access, and network access controls.
    • A deep knowledge of layer 2/3 networking, authentication/authorization and/or wireless technologies is a must as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • As part of this role, you will be expected to participate in the weekly rotational after-hours 24x7 on-call support and perform other assigned tasks as needed by departmental requirements.
    • Oversees all technical aspects of the project.
    • Serves as the main point of contact for all technical issues related to the project.
    • Has an Aruba Wireless technical background that facilitates understanding of Government technical
    • requirements and communication with the BITI PMO.
    • Works closely with BITI PMO-specified personnel to facilitate effective planning and
    • accomplishment of critical objectives in a timely manner.
    • If the Prime contractor uses subcontractors, manages all subcontractor interface requirements in conjunction with the Program manager.
    • Notifies the BITI PMO and the contractors Program Manager, immediately, of any problems or issues.
    • Approves/Signoff all engineering documents before submitting to the Government.
    • Provides on-site support may require remote access (pending COVID travel restrictions) for the Mobility Master Controller and Central Management System (Airwave Management System) installation and remote reach-back support shall be provided for the duration of the local controller, GSU NAC, and AP installations.
