- Two years college or extensive healthcare financial services experience (4-6 years)
- Database knowledge and experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of and experience in the utilization of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and graphic presentation computer applications

This role will support retail drug assistance programs, working to enroll patients in foundation and pharma programs and communicating status and approvals with pharmacy teams.
Identifies coverage issues impacting the oncology patient and possible alternate sources of coverage through healthcare and community agencies and resources.
Collects, maintains and analyzes detailed and extensive data for oncology financial and foundation assistance, including tumor site, demographics, disparate populations; utilizes data from numerous sources; provides comprehensive reports.
Understands applicable compliance requirements and ensures requirements are met.Develops, maintains and manages databases for concurrent tracking of oncology patients referred for financial assistance/foundation assistance throughout the patient's treatment and follow-up period, including referral source, physician, clinician contact, financial assistance application submission, approval decision and re-application if applicable.
Responsible for patient account process used for pharmacy financial/foundation assistance and reconciliation of accounts with outpatient pharmacy. Manages databases for pharmacy replacement program. Responsible for handling check requisition process and timely payment of lodging, COBRA, transportation services and pharmacy co-pays. Performs patient account review and handles direct bill invoicing.REQUIRED:
