The Position Summary:

The Guest Experience Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional experience from the moment they make contact via phone or walk in the door. This individual is responsible for accurately scheduling guests and delivering services promptly and professionally. They must embody V/O's core values in all interactions and behaviors and work consistently to exceed guest expectations.

Guest Experience Specialists handle guest inquiries, manage intake processes, maintain a clean and organized workspace, offer top-notch communication and administrative support, assist in sales, conduct phone calls and text messages, participate in marketing events, and uphold the V/O Med Spa brand's reputation.

Qualifications:
Thorough understanding of spa services, Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, Exceptional cleanliness and sanitation practices, Ability to consult on cosmetic and non-cosmetic treatments, techniques, and plans.

Physical/Mental Requirements:
Ability to lift 30lbs, Exposure to blood and bodily fluids, Proper use of PPE, Manual dexterity, Gross motor skills, Bi-manual dexterity, Fine motor skills.
