Spherion Staffing is looking for an experienced HVAC Journeyman to work for a local Fargo client. As an HVAC Journeyman

• Retro Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and retrofitting of HVAC systems.

Your primary focus will be on upgrading and enhancing existing HVAC systems to improve energy efficiency, functionality, and compliance with industry standards.

You will work independently or as part of a team to assess, plan, and execute retrofit projects, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.

Pay $35-40/hour DOEMonday-Friday Day hours, no nights/weekends or on-call scheduleResponsibilities:

• Perform installation, upgrade, and retrofitting of HVAC components
• Utilize industry best practices and adhere to relevant codes and standards during installation
• Conduct thorough testing of retrofitted systems to ensure proper functionality and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in the HVAC systems
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of retrofit projects, including specifications, plans, and any changes made during installation
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment
• Work closely with project managers, fellow HVAC technicians, and other stakeholders to coordinate and execute retrofit projects efficiently

Journeyman License:
