- Support the full spectrum of HR related functions for mid-sized employee census
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- Support training and development initiatives
- Ensure quality employee onboarding and off boarding experiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources

Description
The ideal candidate will support the full spectrum of HR functions, including, employee relations, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits support, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
