    The ChallengeThe Qualtrics Research Services, BrandXM, and CoreXM Delivery team is looking for someone to join us and have a major impact on the organizations financial performance.

    We are looking for a Delivery Financial Analyst who wants to make an impact on a fast-growing business, can conduct regular financial reporting, and can make strategic recommendations for the company.

    Expectations for Success
    Primary Responsibilities Closely monitor revenue recognition activities and provide regular updates to senior leaders
    • Proactively identify areas of risk and work with global stakeholders to develop appropriate mitigation strategies
    • Work closely with global delivery leaders and finance business partners to accurately forecast revenue
    • Work with delivery leaders and finance business partners to design and implement improvements to revenue forecasting and recognition processes
    • Maintain compliance reporting for the organization and work closely with leaders and teams to ensure appropriate action is taken on
      Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree from a selective university 3-5 years of professional experience in operations, accounting, or finance
    • Comfortable organizing, analyzing, and presenting findings from financial/operational data
    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    • Skilled relationship builder who works to understand and reconcile multiple perspectives
    • Effective communicator in both written and spoken form
    • Comfortable in a dynamic, unstructured, and highly visionary environment
      Preferred Qualifications SQL experience
