    Job DescriptionIT Field Service TechnicianPay Rate: $18.00/HR W2, plus mileage and travel expense (Increase to $25/HR upon hire)Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; Must participate in on-call rotationLocation: Napa, CA service areaDuration: Contract-to-Hire Description:Tech will be dispatched out to handle service calls for client IT equipment throughout the Napa service area.
    • Level of support will vary depending on customer but could include printers, laptops, servers, networking, and switches among other duties
    • Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.
    • Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications
    • Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided Service Now tool
    • Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
    • Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
    Skills:
    • Must live within 20 miles of 94591 zip code
    • 1+ year of printer break/fix experience
    • Good admin and organizational skills
    • Working knowledge of printers, laptops, desktops, servers, and network
    • Ability to meet deadlines and SLAs
    • A+ certification nice to have
    • Must have reliable transportation in order to travel throughout defined area to complete service calls
