- Organize orientation and training for new staff members
- Coordinate office staff activities for maximum efficiency
- Recruit and select office staff
- Represent the company at tradeshows
- Develop and implement efficient filing systems
- Maintain data security and confidentiality
- Ensure adherence to office policies
- Review and optimize internal processes
- Manage schedules, appointments, and bookings
- Respond to email and phone inquiries promptly
- Oversee office supplies inventory
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Assist with spare parts orders and invoicing
- High school diploma with administrative and supervisory experience
- Minimum 3 years of executive assistance experience
- HR experience in recruiting and onboarding
- Proficiency in accounting and administrative management
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Time management and adaptability
- Preference for candidates with food and beverage industry experience
- Must be a United States Citizen with a valid Driver's License
- Bilingual in English and Spanish/French is a plus
