    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Embody the values + guiding principles of Hotel Drover
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a demanding, fast paced environment
    • Responsible for guest room inspecting ensuring we are providing the highest level of cleanliness in our guest rooms
    • Ensure corridors, and service areas are in proper order
    • Ensure total guest satisfaction in regard to personalized service and special attention is paid to call guest rooms
    • Supervise and support Supervisors and attendants, Monitor daily work assignments, productivity, and standards
    • Responsible for opening and closing the house; creating room attendants boards/room assignments; with a focus on labor productivity
    • Patrols guest corridors to guarantee their perfect appearance and conditions
    • Ensure room inspection are conducted daily on vacant and occupied rooms
    • Ensure proper record-keeping and communication verbally and in writing
    • Maintain required par stock for linen, cleaning supplies and amenities in appropriate areas
    • Ensure team members are following safety habits and enforces established security procedures.
    • Communicate all problems pertaining to the guest room to the appropriate departments
    • Provide the front desk with clean rooms on a priority basis and maintain communication
    • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by leader
    MUST HAVES:
    • Passion for creating amazing experience for our guests and team members
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities; passion for collaboration and providing administrative support
    • Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
    • Able to lift, bend and stand for extended periods of time
    • Ability to communicate in the English language
    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Minimum of 5+ years of Housekeeping leadership experience in a high-end, luxury hotel/resort
    • Available to work a varied schedule that will include evenings, weekends and holidays
    • Organized and detail oriented with the ability to be flexible
    • Must possess the ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner
    • Basic computer knowledge
    • Good communication skills
    • Spanish speaking preferred
    • Organization skills and detail oriented
