The OB Technician scrubs on all types of surgical procedures under the supervision of an RN and MD. Assists RNs with patient care in Labor and Delivery. Stocks supplies, prepares instrumentation and products using various methods.
High School graduate, GED or 3 years relevant experience One year surgery experience. Knowledge of anatomy; ability to manipulate surgical instruments and equipment; competent use of aseptic technique. BLS required.
